Weekly duties: house cleaning, laundry (wash/fold/organize), dishes, vacuuming (pet-friendly home), dog walking. Must follow detailed home organization system for kitchen, bathroom, clothes, and entry area items. Monthly: Schedule/manage pet grooming, nail trims, car washes. Home has 2-3 dogs (one shy with new people). Must be comfortable with pets. The shy one will bark at you if he's afraid but mostly he'll just run away until he gets to know you. Requirements: - Household management experience - Reliable transport - Strong attention to detail - Background check/references required - Physical ability to clean/lift/handle pets Part-time, weekly schedule.
