Looking For Detail-oriented Professional Housekeeper For A Cluttered Austin Apartment With Cats

Hello! We are looking for a professional housekeeper with years of experience who notices the things others miss. Don't let the size of our apartment fool you; we have an eclectic taste that makes our space "cozy." We also have three cats, so that all translates to a lot of dusting and vacuuming, including the couch, each visit. The rest is pretty standard fare, but it will take up to two hours since we'd like you to run a load of laundry (the linens) each visit. During the additional time that's in the dryer, we do have other focus areas such as cleaning the balcony, windows, polishing silver, small organization tasks, fireplace maintenance, etc... that will happen as needed. Sometimes we'll let you know the need, but we hope you have a keen eye and will notice these needs as well. We pay a $120 flat rate.
