Argyle-Roanoke: House Cleaner & Organizational Help For Home & Photography Studio

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented house cleaner to help maintain our 3, 000 sq. ft. home (5 bed, 4 bath) and 3, 600 sq. ft. photography studio in a consistent and organized manner. We're a family of 8 with two friendly, non-shedding golden doodles, and we need general house cleaning as well as help keeping up with laundry and organization. Home Cleaning Responsibilities: - General house cleaning (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, etc.) - Help with laundry (washing, folding, putting away) - Occasional deep cleaning and organization projects to help declutter - Comfortable around dogs (they are friendly and hypoallergenic) Studio Cleaning Responsibilities: - The main focus is floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) - Cleaning a small kitchenette and two bathrooms (these stay relatively clean) - Keeping the space fresh and presentable for clients Schedule & Pay: - Currently, we pay $140 bi-weekly for the house and $100 weekly for the studio, but we're open to adjusting pay based on extra tasks like laundry or deep cleaning - We'd love someone who can start with a deep clean and organization session and then move to regular maintenance Ideal Candidate: - Experienced in both general cleaning and organization - Comfortable with a large family environment - Able to work independently and efficiently - Open to occasional extra projects (seasonal deep cleaning, decluttering, etc.) If you're interested, please message me with your experience, availability, and expected rate.
