Although the house is three bedrooms 1700 ft. only two of the bedrooms will need to be cleaned since the third bedroom is a craft room so basically it will be around 1400 ft. 2 1/2 bath. Me, my husband and my 20-year-old grandson live here. We all three work. Hardwood floors, downstairs, the downstairs consist of living room kitchen dining room all one room with a half bath very simple. Remainder upstairs.
