Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Knoxville

My husband and I live in a 750 SQFT house in South Knoxville near SoKno Taco. It's 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We have (1) small (7lbs) short haired dog. She is a minimal shedder, but I imagine that is a consideration. Our floors are wood in the dining, living room, & 2 bedrooms. The kitchen, back entrance, & bathroom are vinyl tile. Oh and we have a rugs in the living room and under our bed. Looking for Maintenance Cleaning: includes dusting of furniture and pictures, ceiling fans, dusting for cobwebs, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen including inside and outside of microwave and outside of appliances, floors sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, mirrors, shining all hardware, entrance door glass, removing all trash, linen changes and disinfecting main touchpoints.
