I have a 3000 soft rancher in Harriman, TN. Technically the house has 3 bedrooms and 2. 5 baths. Currently the two guest bedrooms are being used as storage until my home addition construction is complete. I can provide all materials and equipment (cleaners, vacuum etc). All floors are hard wood with one large rug in living room under couch. Major services I need are standard home cleaning i.e. kitchen cleaned, floors vacuumed and cleaned/mopped, dusting throughout, and clean bathrooms (only the master sees heavy use). I have a dog that sheds so there is accumulation of dog hair. Periodically I will need the sheets on my bed changed. The bed would be stripped of dirty sheets and clean sheets ready to go on.
