My chalet is a rental in Gatlinburg It is up past the welcome center after the Spur. It was built in 2020. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and a large master with bath upstairs. There is one bathroom downstairs. There is NO carpet in the house. All hardwood. Washer and dryer in home. Housekeeper has her own closet.
