This role combines a unique blend of housekeeping and customer service to serve short-term renters at two condo properties, launching as soon as the right person is hired! Housekeeping Responsibilities: Check-out cleaning to prepare for subsequent guests, often checking in the same afternoon. These needs include bed linen changes/laundry, on-site or home. Guest Experience Responsibilities: Answering questions from guests. Assisting with any routine needs during guests' stays, ensuring a positive experience. Looping in leadership with Q's when necessary; being the day to day "face" for guests' needs. Two options: 1) $75/per unit flip, + $100/mo. Add'l stipend for guest interactions & assistance. Or 2) $1, 000/Mo salary, paid on the 1st and 15th. Both options eligible for merit-based pay increases after 6 months.
