This role combines a unique blend of housekeeping and customer service to serve short-term renters at two condo properties, launching in the coming weeks. Housekeeping Responsibilities: Post check-out cleaning to prepare for subsequent guests, often checking in the same day. These needs include bed linen changes/laundry, on-site or home. Guest Experience Responsibilities: Answering questions via occasional texts & calls. Assisting guests with any routine needs during their stay, ensuring a positive experience. Routing Q's to leadership when applicable; being the day to day "face" of our business. $75/per unit flip, + $100/mo. Add'll stipend for guest interactions & assistance. 10+ flips per mo. on avg approx. $1, 000 per mo. Eligible for raise at 6 mo., based on positive performance & guest ratings.
