We inherited this double wide mobile home. It was lived in by an elderly widow man. He never took care of it and just survived day after day. He was a heavy smoker. Walls need washing, windows..... etc. Imagine how this is helping you to visualize what mess it's in, think the worst after you visualized it. Thank goodness he was not a hoarder. My other half has not been able too get anything done because he suffers from Congested heart failure, I've had hip, knees replaced and have a bad back. We are home more days than not. Unless we have doctors appointments
