Dependable, Consistent & Talented Cleaners Needed For New Construction Homes In Anderson, Gray Court, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Laurens & Surrounding Areas This is interior post construction cleaning and window cleaning of newly built homes. Our work is steady, not a one time job but rather daily, in the same developments of new construction homes by builders such as Ryan Homes, McGuinn Homes, Veranda Homes and Great Southern Homes. We currently send jobs every afternoon (work needed for the next day) through Google Calendar with info on location and scope. Typical cleanings include rough, windows, final as well as several touchup recleans as the homes near completion & sale. Jobs work out to about $15 to $20 per hour but are paid on a per job basis, not hourly, so an easy job like a decorated model home could actually pay as high as $35 an hour because it only takes an hour total to clean. There is room for schedule flexibility in this work, it is satisfying to see the beautiful finished product and it is fun seeing brand new homes come to life.
