No pets No children Senior couple Only main bedroom linens to change Linens will be washed ahead and ready to put on bed 2bedrooms, small office, galley kitchen, Dining room, sun room Need most attention on kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms and office have carpet All other floors are hardwood. My husband is usually at home and I work part time. So anytime between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be okay for cleaning. Not sure yet how often we will need cleaning. I'm guessing every three weeks.
