Small 2 bedroom apartment. We have lived here for only 9 months. There are LVT floors except in bedrooms and tile in bathrooms. No need to clean the carpets, just vacuum. Furniture and most boxes will be moved out on 3/7. We're only moving next door, so we'll be available.
