Hi, We own a small townhouse with two bedrooms, two baths and a loft. We have hardwood flooring with sectional rugs. It is our second home so we will only need it cleaned once a month. We can provide the cleaning items, mop and vacuum. We would like the fingerprints wiped off the windows and doors. It should only take a max of 3 hours since it will be lightly used. Thank you!
