Bi-weekly Cleaner Needed For Couple On James Island. 3bed/2bath, 1 Long Haired Dog. Thanks!

Hello! Looking for a bi-weekly cleaning on James Island for my wife and I. No children, 1 dog (long coat). First cleaning should be a full day deep cleaning (maybe 6-8 hrs?) Regular cleanings will probably take ~4 hours, every other week. We are flexible on the day of week and time slot. Just trying to take some work off our hands, nothing complicated. 2 bathrooms, small kitchen, vacuuming floors(hard floor throughout), maybe alternating dusting and mopping with remaining time every other visit? Offering $25-30 per hour based on equipment and experience. If you recommend certain chemicals, I'd be happy to purchase and keep on hand.
