Looking For A House Cleaner/Organizer

Looking for someone who would spend some time organizing & cleaning along side me for a few hours maybe more another day if needed, with the hope to continue doing regular scheduled cleanings from there. Someone who has a knack for organization, is non-judgmental, & wouldn't mind taking the time to go through stuff and organize with me in addition to cleaning. I'm a full time nurse with 2 children, 1 small friendly dog, & 1 cat. My schedule is crazy & I need someone who can help me attack some clutter & who is better at organizing than I am! Searching for a flexible and motivated house cleaner.
