My husband and I live in the same house that our children grew up in. The whole 3rd floor (4 bedrooms and 1 bath) is rarely used. It is very easy to clean. The 2nd floor has the Master, an office, a guest bedroom, the laundry and 2 baths. Again, this floor is easy to clean. The 1st floor is open concept and very organized. My husband and I are gone from December to June (We come back to visit sometimes) so once the house gets its first big clean it should be pretty easy to maintain with each cleaning visit. While you are in the house cleaning and you see that something should be cleaned, tale it on yourself to do it.
