Housekeeper Needed In Villanova 28 Hours/week

Our family is looking for an experienced housekeeper in the Bryn Mawr/Villanova area. Total hours/week are 28, ideally 5 days/wk split between 2 homes that are around the corner from each other. 1 home is Monday, weds, Fri 6 hours/day and the other is Tuesday/thurs 5 hours/day. This is NOT a role for a cleaning service. You would be our sole cleaner, responsible for all of the cleaning of the houses. We are looking for someone who is consistent and can dedicate themselves to our household. We can be flexible on the start/end times each day. Person must have housekeeping experience working for a single family, is very good with doing laundry, great organizational skills, must be comfortable around dogs (non-shedding), comfortable around fine art, good with maneuvering around toddler schedules. Must be able to speak English.
