House Cleaner Needed

We are seeking a reliable cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home either once or twice a month. We have an 8-month-old & black lab and both work full time so we find it's been difficult at times to keep a clean home. Looking to pay $100 for the day to help with the below. Flexible with the schedule. Cleaning tools and products will be provided by me. * General cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) * Dusting furniture and surfaces. * Wiping walls, trim, etc. for dirt and dust * Cleaning bathrooms (half bath downstairs and full bath upstairs. toilets, sinks, shower, bathtub). * Kitchen cleaning (countertops, appliances, and dishes, if needed). * Organizing and tidying up rooms * Taking out the trash and recycling * No laundry but help with putting it away * Must be comfortable around pets * Looking for someone available long-term * Non-smoker preferred Luna is black lab and close to 8 years old. A bit stand off but eventually warms up. She is terrified of the vaccum so will most likely stay away.
