4 bedroom house with hard floors on first floor. Carpet upstairs. I have two younger kids half the time. No pets, but may get a small dog. Looking for a flat rate quote for the monthly house cleaning and every other month a little more to do the finished basement too. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES THIS FULL TIME WITH EXPERIENCE OF A FEW YEARS. Would need a deep clean to start. Would want this done any weekday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. when I am usually not here.
