The home is in West Philadelphia. The home consists of a 1st floor with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. (Flooring needs to be vacuumed or mopped). 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms (medium) to be vacuumed, and dusted. One bathroom to be cleaned. The lower level mopped and clean bathroom. We do have a kitten. I will schedule myself to present when possible.
