Preferred: Live within 45 minutes of Northern Liberties, bring your own cleaning equipment (we provide supplies, but don't fully rely on on-site inventory), can handle light maintenance and available for emergency requests (+$), conduct quality control inspection (+$), assist with pick up & delivery (+$)
