We are a family of four, two kids 9 and 6, and a cat. Looking for a once a month clean to include tubs scrubbed, baseboards wiped down, blinds dusted, and the normal surface cleaning and floors. The house is LR, kitchen w dining are, FR, 3 bedrooms, 1. 5 baths - not big. Depending on cost would also add in vacuuming basement. My husband is particular about his stuff being touched, so would ask that his things in our room/basement/kitchen not be tidied.
