Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Mars.

I would like a cleaning every 3 months alternating a maintenance cleaning, with a deep cleaning the next service 3 months later, and continuing that pattern. I keep my home clean, no pets, no smoking, performing a lot of maintenance, do not fry food, do a lot of spot cleaning, refrigerator and oven kept clean. Only 1 bedroom and bath are regularly used; other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are only when guests visit. Also I have a window washer quarterly, and do not need interior windows washed, just a dusting of windows but a cleaning of window blinds or drapery. I am home most days but quarterly often gone for an extended time. I reward people for doing as asked and it is noted when one goes beyond, and rewarded. Like you, my family and I have also worked very hard, so I value and appreciate people doing their best. References requested
