3-storey house with basement, 4 bedrooms (one bedroom is an office), 1826 sq feet. Area rugs in all rooms, no wall-to-wall carpet. No pets. House is inhabited by one 62-year-old man all year and a second 62-year-old man who is present every year from November to March. Vacuum cleaner on each floor. Cleaning supplies on site, no need to bring. We are really bad housekeepers so we need weekly help with sweeping/vacuuming floors, dusting, cleaning bathroom on 2nd floor. We do our own dishes and laundry.
