We mostly just need normal vacuuming, kitchen cleaning, floor mopping (Swiffer style is fine) and sometimes laundry folding if it's there when you come. My wife and I work full time and during her busy season she can work 60+ hours fairly regularly. For just the first visit we do need an oven deep clean and refrigerator cleaned and are willing to pay extra for those one-time tasks.
