This is a studio apartment in a very nice doorman building, modern. My young adult son lives there and needs help cleaning. He's 24 and very sweet, but not super skilled/organized. At the outset, his kitchen faucet is broken, so some pots/dishes need cleaning in the bathroom. He has some cleaning supplies and a broom and swiffer mop but not a good vacuum. The first cleaning is somewhat urgent - the toilet chain is broken and awaiting maintenance help. Thank you.
