Routine 1 Bedroom Apartment Cleaning: 2-3x A Month

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment w/ 1 bathroom, 700 sq feet. I would like a routine cleaning 2-3x a month, that includes; sweeping and mopping the floors, vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink, etc), cleaning the windows, dusting surfaces. I'm not someone who accumulates a super messy space in a short period of time. I'm just not a big fan of doing routine cleaning in my spare time. My apartment is near a central bus line and has plenty of guest parking. I own a 1-year-old border collie. He will either be in his kennel or out of the apartment on a walk. He loves all humans.
