Day of week can be flexible, mornings best. Senior man has mobility/dexterity issues so needs general cleaning, optimally twice a month, maybe once a week. Initial cleaning likely will take longer. May need odd chores done periodically, i. e. take trash/recycle out, replace a light bulb.
