Looking For Monthly Housekeeping 3 Hours Per Month $20/hour

Our home is a two bedroom apartment that is 750 sq. ft. I'm a single mom of one kid looking to hire someone for 3 hours once per month to help me with some housekeeping. I will likely request several of the following tasks depending on what needs done that visit: -Vacuum/wipe down couch -Clean the bathroom -Vacuum and mop floors -Fold clean laundry -Clean out brushes/maintenance -Oven Cleaning ( max 2 x per year) -Organizational projects We're looking for someone who is a good communicator, an eye for detail and consistent availability. We are just off line 6. Street parking. I nearly always find a spot either on our street or the next street over. We have 2 cats and 1 dog. The dog and kitten are very social and will likely try to interact with you. The older cat will probably be out of sight as she is shy.
