We need someone to come in and clean 2 homes. One is a manufactured home and one is and ADU. Both homes are on the same property. We need someone to do carpets (vacuum and steam clean on occasion), dust, bathrooms and kitchen ( sweep and mop floors). The same thing for the ADU (no carpets). In the ADU we need someone to clean (whatever needs to be done within reason), help get laundry together (we do the laundry). Our hours are flexible with afternoon being the best time. After initial cleanings, just the upkeep will probably be needed except on occasion deeper cleaning is wanted or needed (ie. cleaning the outsides of the kitchen cabinets).
