Home Assistant/House Cleaner Needed

We are looking for a home assistant to help with various tasks around the house. We are a family of two working parents and two small children, so we are looking for some helping hands. We already have a house cleaner that comes once per week to do the regular cleaning. We are looking for someone who can come a couple hours a day 3-4 times per week. This person would pick up the house (after a typically chaotic morning rush to get out of the house), do laundry, unload the dishwasher and reload it, be here for grocery deliveries, clean out the fridge and put up groceries, wash sheets, change cat liter, run errands, organizing projects, etc. We are hoping to find someone that can help make running our house a little smoother and allow us to spend more time with the kids of an evening.
