Our needs are few, dust all surfaces, clean blinds, clean wood floors and tile floors. Clean fans, clean living room, dining room, one bedroom, man cave and office. Mainly dusting windows, polish and shine all surfaces. We need someone who is flexible, will work hard and not spend time with their cell phone in one hand while they clean. We have two bathrooms, but only really use one..... eventually we may need help with some organizing. We do have a small dog but he has his kennel.
