we provide vacuum and approve cleaning supplies. 5200 square foot ranch with finished basement. 3 French doors and 1 front door with windows will need to be cleaned each time. Interior windows to be cleaned 1x mo. - exterior double hung windows to be cleaned 1x per quarter. All wood floors in the house to be cleaned every two weeks and all carpets swept every two weeks. there are 4 bedrooms and only 3 will need to be cleaned, one is an office that will remain closed and locked. There are 3 full baths that will need to be cleaned every two weeks. Both the upstairs and the finished basement will need to be dusted. This request is for my parent's home and they will be present in the home. I will need to meet you there on a SAT for the first review and we can schedule the days of the week that work best for my parents after that.
