A 1960's 2-story on the outskirts of Wilmington being renovated. 2 of 4 bedrooms are livable. 2 of 3 bathrooms are usable. Service is for a senior friend with ADHD so it is very cluttered. My hope is that with consistent attention, it will be much more livable. Right now it is very dirty. Dishes may need to be done each time even though there is a dishwasher.
