Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our team of cleaners. This is a part-time position with the possibility of increased hours in the future as we grow our business. As a cleaner with Fresh Start, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, etc.). Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner. Follow company guidelines for proper cleaning methods and use of equipment. Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly. Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly. Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients. Requirements: Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies. Willingness to learn Compensation and Benefits: Starting pay: $16-18 per hour. $1/hour raise after 90 days of employment. Flexible part-time schedule (10-20 hours per week, with potential for more hours). Reliable transportation is required. Cleaning supplies and training provided.
