Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Lancaster.

We are an older couple and need some help on general household chores. Two levels and basement. Upper two levels not occupied except occasionally. Just need monthly dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, clean bathrooms if needed, cleaning windows semiannually, furniture polish on wooden furniture as needed and letting me know if anything needs repair. The top two floors other than initially would not require too much work. Our basement is a walkout and has a kitchenette, living area, bedroom, laundry room & bathroom and where we spend the majority of our time.
