Ranch house with finished basement. Basement has 2 bedrooms and full bath that are not used on a regular basis; family room and laundry room. Main floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Carpeting and hardwood floors. Kitchen, dining area and living area are open spaces (L shape). No pets. Housekeeper of many years had to retire for health reasons. Two of us live in the home and are both retired. We do travel some and may need to change a regularly scheduled cleaning date.
