Im 76 years old with a bad back. As such, I have trouble moving furniture and heavy items I have too much stuff since I moved from a 3, 000 sq ft house to an 1100 sq foot town house and didnt get rid of enough stuff. I have 21/2 bathrooms but no utility closet. I have a standard poodle weighing 70 pounds Im just having trouble keeping up.
