Right now, I have a small rental house which is in good shape. Its completely empty and just needs a good cleaning before I rent it again, just needs a good general cleaning ASAP though. It needs to be done either tomorrow or Tuesday, its a one bedroom house under 1000 ft., quite small. I have a few other properties that down the line will need cleaning and I'm looking for someone for my house over in Deerfield. The house was remodeled inside completely six years ago.
