Looking For LONG-TERM Meticulous And Dependable Housekeeper - PART-TIME (DAILY), ON THE BOOKS

Searching for a great cleaner who is very attentive to details - someone who notices and addresses dusty frames, baseboards, light fixtures, and anything else. Full house cleaning, including bathrooms & kitchen (cleaning out the refrigerator, keeping the hood clean, etc), vacuuming & dusting, changing bed & bath linens, laundry & ironing. We need someone willing to do the deep cleaning but also daily general tidying. Occasional extra things like polishing silver, wiping outdoor furniture, etc. Ideally we'd love someone who can also do occasional light errands (dry cleaning, grocery store, packages) and even some meal prep. Looking to start at 15-20 hours - a few hours every day, but open to increasing time for the right person who can do all the things. PAID ON THE BOOKS, TAXES WITHHELD
