Seeking House Keeping Assistance In Downtown Saratoga

We have an old Saratoga historic home on that we have been renovating since 2021. The main floor (kitchen, living, dining - open floor plan) and upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms and nursery are finished, which is where we need the most attention. We need help with some of the heavier jobs like mopping floors, cleaning toilets, cleaning appliances and harder to reach places - we have basic maintenance down but need someone to bring our living space to the next level of clean. We're looking for someone who can communicate well, assess what should be done room to room each time they come, be proactive and identify areas that need help as we are busy working parents and looking to lighten our mental load when it comes to cleaning. Our home is conveniently located in downtown Saratoga and street parking is never a problem. We have a lovely ginger Toller named Patsy who is very sweet. She guards the home and barks at first entrance but quickly warms to all people and wags her tail.
