Seeking A Part-Time Housekeeper / Mother's Helper

I am seeking a part-time housekeeper/mother's helper to bring more order and cleanliness to my home. With two little boys, I cannot handle the mess and mountain of laundry on my own. You would be responsible for full house cleaning, daily tidying, folding/putting away laundry, and watching the baby monitor while my younger son naps so I can pick up the older one from school. You will NOT be picking up toys. Mon-Thursday for 3hrs per day (12hr/week) with flexible start time between 12 and 1:30 p.m. I am offering competitive pay as well as half-pay when we don't need you (approx. 5 weeks per year), 1 week paid sick days, and major holidays off (unpaid).
