Cleaning/organizing In Rural Olean

I need someone to do things I cant do anymore, sno blower/shovel, take garbage down to bins ; carry supplies in from car port to house, put away, organize. My spare guest home (same location) needs occasional cleaning. gardening in summer. probably some getting to attic. main concern is to prevent any safety issues and have a reliable agreement that suits us both. I need some small furniture moved; whatever is not in your set skill will be fine. I can then adjust what I need to look for. open communication. knowledge of tech safety issues/recommendations for home security would be helpful. generally whatever you can do will free my time for other things. just too much to do but I want to stay here, so it is a long term employee I am looking for.
