Large home with attached bar area. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms, toy room, laundry room and large walk-in closet all with hardwood floors. 2 bathrooms upstairs both with tile floors. Downstairs has kitchen (tile floor and tile countertops), large dining room (wood floors), large family room (with carpet), side porch living area (with carpet), pantry (linoleum floor) and half bath (tile floor). There are 2 large staircases, 1 carpeted, 1 wood floors. All hallways upstairs and downstairs are wood floors. Living room has built in bookshelves that would need dusting. Cleaning would include routine mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning countertops, cleaning toilets and showers, cobwebs, etc. we own a dog (Labrador) who is very people friendly and not a huge shedder, but the dog hair does accumulate.
