About the job
Elderly couple & adult son need a housekeeper 3 or 4 days a week. You must be able to climb stairs with no difficulty. We have an apartment in a townhouse. Not all rooms are used often & only need to be cleaned now and then. No childcare or driving. Ideal match will meet the usual requirements: Bathroom Cleaning Vacuuming /or mopping Wall Washing if needed Kitchen Cleaning includes oven, refrigerator & stove Laundry & ironing General Room Cleaning & dusting Changing bed linens Pet waste cleanup Cabinet Cleaning Basement Cleaning Organization (beyond standard tidying) Carpet Cleaning Window Washing Serving dinner Polishing silver Sweeping patio We are somewhat flexible on hours & days but prefer Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 1-9 p.m. or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 3-9 p.m. Dinner is included.
