Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Couple In Lincoln Square

Looking for a dependable cleaner for one bedroom, two bath apartment with bonus space that functions as a closet. Hard floors throughout the entire space. We will provide all cleaning supplies. Expect standard dusting, vacuuming, mopping (using an electric mop), and cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen (incl. toilets, shower, etc.). Additionally, launder bed linens and towels, and change sheets. Fold other clean laundry ready to be put away. Light meal prep support (e. g., chopping onions and peppers). We have a 25 lb labradoodle service animal. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. We're looking for 8-10 hours per month, probably 4 hours every other week, but open to discussing with the caretaker if 2 hours per week or some other schedule is better suited.
