UPPER EAST SIDE, NYC, LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER FOR FULL SUPPORT (LIVE-IN 5 DAYS PER WEEK) Our vibrant Upper East Side client is in search of a LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER to offer assistance five days a week (Monday through Friday). We're looking for an experienced housekeeper proficient in managing high-end, formal, or semi-formal residences. Your role encompasses 80% Housekeeping and 20% Nanny duties, caring for one school-aged child under 10 years old. The 6-story townhouse is steps from Central Park and the Met Museum. Ideal candidates are local to Manhattan and can return home on weekends, with the ability to travel internationally. Responsibilities: Duties will be 80% Housekeeping / 20% Nanny Some childcare (cooking meals for the child, picking up the child from activities, helping with morning and bedtime routines). --Make breakfast for a 6-yr old child, help her into uniform, take her across Central Park to school if needed General housekeeping (make beds, wash dishes, unpack groceries and packages, empty cat litter box, vacuum, dust, answer door, organize, take trash out, etc.). Household laundry/ironing Must be smart, fit (lots of stairs in 6 story townhouse), a team player, and can drive (mostly for the Summers, not in NYC) This house will also be supported by an on-site Personal Assistant (who can help w/ ordering items, etc.) a Full-Time Live-In -Housekeeper who does general cleaning and nanny duties (Monday-Friday) and another cleaner who comes in 2-3 days per week Requirements: 3+ years of formal experience as a private housekeeper for a high-net worth family Tech-savvy (able to operate smart-home controls, order Ubers, and groceries online) Uniform will be worn (white polo and khaki pants) Covid Vaccinated Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to travel both domestic and internationally a plus (valid passport) No major attachments (or own pets or car) Ok with principals' pets (2 cats) - NO pet allergies to cats Physically fit (able to easily go up/down 6 flights of stairs), smart, team player Townhouse experience is a plus
