Personal Household Helper Needed $250/day Pay For Lynbrook Family Long Term Position

I am looking for a responsible, honest, respectful and loving person to assist with managing my home. I have twin 10 old daughters and my mother lives with me. We are both attorneys (my mother is a retired attorney who retired to help me raise my daughters). I am looking for someone to assist with my daughters before and after school and to take care of the house chores during the time they are in school. Pay is $250/day (so $1250/week. I live in Lynbrook and need someone from 6 a.m. -7 p.m. Monday - Friday. This is a stable and recurring long term job and we are very loyal to those who work with us.
