I am reaching out to request a quote for a monthly deep cleaning service for my two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. It is important to note that we have four pet rats that are kept in cages. According to Z , the total square footage of the building that houses our first-floor apartment and the separate upstairs apartment is estimated to be 1, 740 sqft. We are only requesting an estimate for our first floor apartment. We are open to scheduling flexibility, but would prefer a cleaning time on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday after 10 a.m. to accommodate our personal schedules. Please be aware that I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays, but can easily relocate to a different area of the apartment as needed while the cleaning is taking place.
